- finding the best scrapbook retreat venue
- developing a theme for the retreat
- searching and buying goodies for the goodie bags
- planning meals & booking a good caterer
- deciding what scrapbook and other activities will be at the retreat
- working on the floorplan
I think the only things I don't like are packing and especially unpacking...yuck! I am always revamping my system to try to be more efficient.
